It's really noisy in here. I can't hear you. Today I want to talk about the difference between loud and noisy. Now, they're both adjectives. We use them both to talk about sound, but there are differences in how we use them. If something is loud, it means that it produces a high volume or intensity of sound. Here are a few examples. The music was so loud, I had to cover my ears. The TV is too loud. Can you turn it down? if something is noisy, it means there's a lot of sound that is disruptive, distracting, or just unpleasant.
